GDR Home Fashions Pvt. Ltd., founded in 1996 under the visionary leadership of Shri S.L. Garg, began as a dedicated manufacturing and export unit for rugs and carpets. Over the years, it has expanded significantly, now offering a wide range of home furnishing products—including throws, bed covers, blankets, decorative pillows, and more—to retailers across the United States and Europe.
Today, the GDR Group stands as a symbol of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The company operates two large, vertically integrated factories equipped with state-of-the-art dyeing and weaving facilities. GDR is fully certified for social, environmental, and quality compliance, ensuring excellence at every stage of production.

GDR Home Fashions is managed by Mr. S.L. Garg, a co-promoter with a visionary approach that extends beyond business. Deeply committed to social upliftment, Mr. Garg has established an international school and a college to improve education standards in the region. His initiatives focus on both providing quality education for children and offering teacher training, contributing meaningfully to community development.

Based in the historic city of Panipat—fondly known as the “City of Weavers”—our company proudly operates as a Government-recognized export house with an annual export turnover of USD 12.5 million across our group companies. Our unwavering commitment to excellence has earned us numerous accolades, including gold and silver trophies, medals, and other prestigious awards from the Government of India for outstanding performance in the textile sector.

Our founder and director Mr S.L Garg established GDR Home Fashions Pvt. Ltd as manufacturing exporting unit for rugs and carpets.
We became direct vendor for Walmart in rugs from India.
We broadened our offerings beyond floor coverings to include a diverse range of home furnishing products. Additionally, we expanded our export reach to markets across the globe.
Exhibited our products to international tradefairs and kept growing and improving further
